The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
7.What is 7 days no questions asked Return policy?
We offer 7 days no questions asked return service. Returns must be in original, new, resalable condition. Any item returned in used condition or abused in any way, will not be accepted. The customer can return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the chiar(s) with no questions asked. The customer will pay the return freight. The return address is:

8.What guarantees and warranties are there?
We offer twelve (12) months warranty on parts from the date of purchase. This warranty service will not apply:
- If the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations contained in the operating instructions provided with the product.
- If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was originally designed.
9.What will we do if we want to return the products?
Contact Richland Group Ltd by email (service@brandnewchairs.co.uk) or fax (64-9-3550588) to report the faulty product.
Enclose a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of date of purchase, or provide the online order number and date. Please send all faulty parts and warranty related items to Manchester service department, Agility UK, Manchester Kings Park, M17 1QA. The customer will pay the freight.
10. How long does it take to deliver the product?
The delivery within UK takes up to 5 working days and 10 working days to most places in Europe.
11.How to install the product?
Our products are packed in boxes and easy to assemble. Richland Group Ltd is not responding for installation. All the products come with an Assembly Instruction in the box. If you cannot find it, please contact us and we will send you one by email.
12. How do I make changes to my order?
If you need to change the color or style of an item on your order, which has been sent to us, please send an email to service@brandnewchairs.co.uk as soon as possible. We can try our best to replace you order if the goods are not delivered then.
